All of the calendars are up-to-date and we try to make the rental process easy for you. Either call, email, or use contact form below to reach us. We will will fine tune the details of your stay, and help you choose the apartment that best fits your needs. You will know which apartment you are staying in and the cost of your accommodations.

Once decided, fill out a rental application and make a $400 payment which will become your linen and key deposit. We prepare a lease for your review and approval, and will hold the apartment when we receive the signed lease and 50% of the cost of the rental. If you decide within 48 hours that you are not interested in the apartment your $400 deposit will be returned in full. We will also return the deposit in full if we determine we can not offer you accommodations as requested. We encourage you to look at the rental application and the lease as you make your choice.

Rentals under two months have to be paid in full at the signing of the lease. (some variations can be allowed) Rentals over six months can be paid one month in advance. Guests with longer stays have to provide credit card authorizations for rent due. Short term guest can pay using Paypal, Venmo, ach transfer or bank check.  We do not take credit cards for short term (under two month) stays.

We offer a refund of 50% of all money paid up until one month before the beginning of the stay. Refunds are not offered for cancellations less than one month before booking.
